How do I request availability?
Submit the Request Availability form with your ZIP code, rental dates, tote quantity, and any special details. We’ll review your request and confirm availability before your rental is finalized.
How are the totes cleaned?
Totes and Tote Caddies are inspected and cleaned between rentals before being returned to service.
What rental packages do you offer?
We offer three standard packages containing 27-gallon totes: 20 totes + 1 Tote Caddy $99, 40 totes + 2 Tote Caddies $149, 60 totes + 3 Tote Caddies $199. Additional 27-gallon totes are $3 each for 14 days. If your total reaches the next package size, we’ll automatically apply the package rate. 14-gallon totes are available as add-ons at $3 per tote for the 14-day rental. The smaller totes are useful for heavy, dense items such as books and cookware. They cannot be substituted for package totes.
Is there a minimum rental?
Yes. The minimum delivered rental is 20 totes.
How long is the rental period?
The standard rental period is 14 calendar days. Weekly extensions are available if you need more time.
Do you deliver and pick up the totes?
Yes. Local delivery and pickup are included within our standard service area.
